It keeps the score
51 cm x 71 cm
In this work, I began by unraveling the fabric, thread by thread, slowly pulling apart the weave to expose its hidden structure.
I then took these threads and gave them a new life. Instead of reweaving them into a neat pattern, I stitched them freely onto canvas, letting them move in irregular, unpredictable ways. The result is a chaotic, abstract composition, where control gives way to instinct.
This process was both deconstructive and reconstructive: breaking down the language of textiles, only to rewrite it with a new rhythm.
Imperfect, raw.
